WHEN: Fourth Tuesday of each month 6:30 PM, except May thru August and December. IHOP Restaurant, 758 N Earl Rudder Freeway, Bryan, Texas.
Directions: Exit Briarcrest Drive from East Bypass, go to North bound access road.
Restaurant is between Tom Light Chevrolet and McCoys Building Supply Center.
